不同雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的效果评价

The Effects of Different Methods of Treatment in Children With Asthma Inhalation Rating

目的：评价不同雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法选自2013年11月～2014年10月，在我院治疗哮喘的患儿80例，将其随机分2组，每组各40例。观察组采取空气压缩泵雾化吸入，对照组采取超声雾化吸入，治疗后观察两组哮喘患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率是92.50%，高于对照组70.00%，两组哮喘患儿对比不同方式的雾化吸入效果有差异（P＜0.05）。结论针对哮喘患儿，采取空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗，能够取得显著的治疗效果。

Objective Evaluation of different methods of treatment in children with asthma inhalation effects.MethodsSelected from November 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital treatment of 80 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. Observation group to take the air compressor pump inhalation, in the control group to take ultrasound inhalation treatment groups were observed after treatment of children with asthma.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group was 92.50%, higher than 70.00%, the two groups of children with asthma compare different ways of atomization inhalation effects are different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For children with asthma, take an air compressor pump inhalation therapy, can achieve signiifcant therapeutic effect.
