奥卡西平用于癫痫治疗的效果观察

Study on Oxcarbazepine Medication Effect in Treatment of Epilepsy

目的：对奥卡西平用于癫痫治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法选取于2014年1月～2014年8月期间在我院接受治疗的44例癫痫患者，随机分成对照组和治疗组分别采用苯妥英钠和奥卡西平进行治疗，对两组患者治疗后不良反应和临床疗效进行比较。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为72.7%，不良反应发生率为36.4%；治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为90.9%，不良反应发生率为13.6%，两组数据比较差异显著，治疗效果有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论奥卡西平用于癫痫治疗具有临床疗效，能够显著减少癫痫的发作，并且大大降低了不良反应发生情况。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Oxcarbazepine medication in treatment of epilepsy.MethodsChoose 44 patients of epilepsy who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to August 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random which are given Phenytoin medication and Oxcarbazepine medication treatment respectively; and then compare side-effect incidence and patients’ treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efifcacy in control group is up to 72.7% and side-effect incidence is 36.4%, while patients’ treatment efifcacy in study group is up to 90.9% and side-effect incidence is 13.6%; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oxcarbazepine medication is of efifciency in treatment of epilepsy; it is conducive to decreasing epilepsy probability and reducing side-effect incidence signiifcantly; thus, such a treatment method is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
