利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核的效果对比分析

Comparative Study on Rifapentine Effect and Rifampin Effect in Treatment of Tuberculosis

目的：分析利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核的效果。方法搜集本院呼吸外科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的肺结核患者47例，根据临床用药的不同分为两组，研究组采取利福喷丁药物，参照组采取利福平药物，观察并对比治疗效果。结果（1）研究组患者的治疗好转率96.0%（24/25）高于参照组81.8%（18/22），其不良反应的发生率8.0%（2/25）低于参照组18.2%（4/22），P＜0.05；（2）研究组患者的咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间及住院天数优于参照组，P＜0.05。结论利福喷丁治疗肺结核的临床效果显著，可以有效提高患者的痊愈率，缩短肺功能恢复时间，降低不良反应发生。

Objective To Rifapentine effect and Rifampin effect in treatment of tuberculosis is to be comparatively studied.Methods Choose 47 patients of tuberculosis who are treated in Respiratory Department of hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separate them into two groups according to different medication treatment; patients in study group are given Rifapentine medication treatment and patients in control group are given Rifampin medication treatment; and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results （1） patients’ treatment improvement rate in study group is up to 96.0% （24/25）, which is much higher than 81.8% in control group （18/22）; besides, patients’ side-effect incidence in study group is 8.0% （2/25）, which is much lower than 18.2% （4/22） in control group P〈0.05; （2） patients’ symptoms disappearing time of coughing, respite and pulmonary rales and their hospitalization days in study group are much more favorable than those of patients in control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Rifapentine medication is much more effective in treatment of tuberculosis; it is conducive to improving patients’ treatment efficacy, shortening recovery time of lung function and reducing side-effect incidence; thus, such a medication treatment is of signiifcant clinical value.
