布地奈德雾化吸入佐治儿童支原体肺炎的疗效及其对炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探析布地奈德雾化吸入佐治儿童支原体肺炎疗效及对炎症因子水平影响。方法以我院2013年3月~2014年11月收治115例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,分为两组。对照组阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组加用布地奈德雾化吸入进行佐治,比较两组治疗有效率及治疗前后炎症因子变化水平。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.1%,高于对照组80.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎症因子水平之间差异的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入布地奈德佐治儿童支原体肺炎可强化治疗效果,大幅降低血清炎症因子水平。 Objective To explore the curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and the influence on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 115 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia children in our hospital from March 2013 - November 2014 as the study object, were divided into two groups. The control group with Azithromycin Sequential therapy, the observation group with budesonide inhalation treating, compared the effective rate and the changes of inlfammatory factor level between two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment was 93.1% in observation group, was higher than control group of 80.7%, difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Bofore treatment, difference of proinlfammatory cytokine levels between two groups showed no statistical significance (P〉0.05); after the treatment, the IL-6, TNF- alpha, hs-CRP levels in observation group were lower than the control group, differences were statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Inhaled budesonide on children with mycoplasmal pneumonia can strengthen effect of treatment, greatly reduce the level of serum inlfammatory factors.
