亲情优质护理在心内科护理工作中的探索

目的研究亲情护理在心内科护理工作中的护理结果,获取新的心内科护理思维。方法搜集我院心内科100例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组患者进行常规护理,而实验组患者在常规护理的同时加用特殊的亲情优质护理。按照焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者护理效果进行评估和对比。结果实验组患者的护理效果好过对照组患者,同时对比分析患者心理状况以及生活质量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科护理中加用亲情优质护理取得了优异的护理效果。

ObjectiveAnalysis of quality care in cardiovascular care in clinical results, and explore new models of care Cardiology.Methods Cardiology in our hospital 100 patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 50 cases in each group. In the control group were treated with routine care, while patients in the experimental group were targeted and high-quality care while normative basis in routine care.ResultsNursing Care of patients in the experimental group than the control group of patients, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients psychological status and quality of life, （P〈0.05） difference was statistically signiifcant.ConclusionWe use high-quality cardiology care in nursing care has made a very good effect.
