探析紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗卵巢囊肿瘤的护理效果观察

Observation of Nursing Effect of Paclitaxel Combined With Platinum Based Chemotherapy for Ovarian Cystic Tumor

目的：对紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗卵巢囊肿瘤的护理效果观察进行探究分析。方法选取我院2013年10月～2014年10月收治的80例卵巢囊肿瘤患者作为本次研究的对象，对其采用紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗，分析治疗前后的护理效果。结果在用药前后对患者进行护理，其中发生变态反应的为8例，发生消化系统反应的为58例，发生骨髓抑制反应的为71例，出现脱发的为80例。结论对卵巢囊肿瘤患者在紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗前进行护理，能够影响化疗效果，能够有效提高患者预后康复情况，提高患者的生存率，使患者能顺利的完成化疗。

ObjectiveThe nursing effect of paclitaxel plus platinum drugs in the treatment of ovarian cystic tumor observation to explore the analysis. Methods 80 cases of ovarian cystic tumor were selected in our hospital in 2013 October -2014 year in October were used as the research object, based on the combination of paclitaxel and platinum drug treatment, nursing effect analysis before and after treatment. Results In the medication of patients before and after nursing, which occur allergic reaction in 8 cases, digestive system reaction in 58 cases, bone marrow inhibition reaction occurred in 71 cases, 80 cases of hair loss occurs.ConclusionPatients with ovarian cystic tumor of nursing in the paclitaxel plus platinum drugs before treatment, can inlfuence the effect of chemotherapy, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with rehabilitation, increase the survival rate of patients, so that patients can ifnish chemotherapy smoothly, it is in clinical use.
