摘要
目的探究循证护理在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的76例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用循证护理方式。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;观察组医嘱依从率、护理满意率均高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组。结论循证护理对消化性溃疡患者的临床护理效果显著。
ObjectiveResearch of evidence-based nursing on patients with peptic ulcer clinical nursing effect.MethodsWe selected 76 cases of peptic ulcer patients and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group using evidence-based nursing mode. Results Total effective rate; the compliance rate, rate of nursing satisfaction of observation group is obviously higher than that in control group; and the complication rates were significantly lower than the control group. ConclusionFollow card nursing clinical nursing is very signiifcant.
