摘要
本文研究了BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2系统玻璃,通过高梯温定向工艺制备Ba_2TiSiO_2O_8压电微晶玻璃的方法。运用红外光谱和X射线衍射分析法测得微晶玻璃的结构单元和晶相组成;扫描电镜获得微观结构形貌。比较了压电微晶玻璃和PZT陶瓷的压电性能。这种新材料在水听器、热电探测器等领域有潜在的应用前景。
Piezoelectric glass-ceramics of composition Ba_2TiSi_2O_8 were prepared by crystallizing the glass in a tem- perature gradient. The structural units and crystalline phase of BTS glass-ceramics are identified by IR spectroscopy and XRD. Microstructrue photographs were obtained using SEM.The piezoelectric properties bf BTS glass-ceramics were measured and compared with the properties of PZT. The new materials have po- tential uses in the field of hydrophones, pyroelectric detectors, etc.
