青少年运动员的成长对于国家未来体育事业发展意义重大,为了促进我国体育事业的可持续发展,对青少年短道速滑运动员进行政治思想教育,促进其运动员的综合素质的提升,以满足实际工作的需要。为了实现这个目的,教练员要做好青少年短道速滑运动员的政治思想教育工作,确保其全面的文化素质、体育素能、思想政治素质的同步提升,青少年短道速滑运动员具有人文修养,才能够从中国传统的文史哲中汲取营养。科学知识素养的提升,了解新理论、新技术、新材料,跟上时代的步伐,才可以满足国家对于高素质运动员的需要。同时,对待国外的先进文化,要兼收并蓄,不能一味的肯定或否定,这样才能解决在青少年短道速滑运动员中存在的疑惑,从而能使自己的思想跟上时代发展的步伐。
