壳聚糖/壳聚糖季铵盐微胶囊的微流控制备 被引量:2

Preparation of Chitosan/Quaternized Chitosan Microcapsule

摘要 以壳聚糖和壳聚糖季铵盐为微胶囊制备的壁材原料,利用自制气-液微流控装置,采用单凝聚法制备了尺寸稳定、大小均一、粒径分布较窄的壳聚糖-壳聚糖季铵盐微胶囊。对微胶囊的合成条件气、液相速度、接收液浓度、壳聚糖和壳聚糖季铵盐质量浓度及其配比等进行了研究,并对所制备的微胶囊进行了酸碱和离子稳定性测试,对其载药性能进行了初步研究。结果表明:在气流速度为0.5~0.8L/min、液相速度为3mL/h、接收液浓度为2%、壳聚糖和壳聚糖季铵盐质量比1∶1时,可制得大小均一、粒径分布窄的微胶囊,微胶囊具有良好的酸碱稳定性、离子稳定性。微胶囊对水杨酸具有较好的包埋效果和释放作用。 Chitosan/quaternized chitosan microcapsules with uniform particle sizes and narrow size distribution were prepared by coacervation method using gas-liquid microchannel device. The parameters such as gas and liquid flow rate, concentration of the droplet-collecting solution and the ratio of chitosan to quaternized chitosan were studied. In addition, the pH and ionic stabilities of the obtained microcapsules were tested, and the performance of the microcapsule drug loading was also characterized. The experimental results showed that a kind of controlled microcapsule can be obtained using such parameters as gas flow rate at 0. 5 to 0. 8 L/min, the liquid flow rate at 3 mL/h, the droplet-collecting solution of 2% and ratio of chitosan to quaternize chitosan at 1 :1 which has the better pH and ionic stabilities, and the good embedding and release effect for the salicylate.
