摘要
为研究车辆动载对设置应力吸收层复合式路面结构的影响,建立三维有限元模型,计算得到不同路面结构参数下路面结构的力学响应结果。基于灰色关联分析理论,定量分析了各结构层参数对沥青加铺层和应力吸收层底的等效应力σe、最大剪应力τmax、竖向剪应力τxy和水泥混凝土板接缝处弯沉差的影响程度。结果表明,水泥混凝土板厚度、沥青层模量、基层厚度和沥青层厚度为影响复合式路面动态响应的主要因素。并通过回归分析得到上述各力学指标的计算公式。
In order to study the influence of dynamic load on composite pavement with stress absorbing layer, three-di mensional finite element model was established. Mechanics responses of pavement structure under different pavement structure parameters were obtained. The experimental result was analyzed with the grey relational theory. The quantitative influence the degree of each structure parameters to the equivalent stress, maximum shear stress, and vertical shear stress at the bottom of asphalt layer and stress absorbing layer and deflection of cement concrete slab joints were obtained. It reveals that the cement concrete slab thickness, modulus and thickness of asphalt layer and thickness of base are the main factors influencing the dynamic response of the composite pavement. The mechanical index calculation for mula was obtained by regression analysis.
