摘要
目的:探讨案例为基础教学方法结合行为回放式教学方法在重症抢救教学中的应用效果。方法:选择天津医科大学2007级七年制临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,其中实验组30人,采用基于案例教学方法结合行为回放式教学方法进行教学;对照组29名学生,采用传统教学模式进行教学。结果:实验组学生的学习兴趣、学习成绩等方面明显优于对照组学生。结论:基于案例教学方法结合行为回放式教学方法可行性强,可以显著提高临床实习教学效果和学生素质,值得提倡和推广。
Objective To evaluate the effects of case- based learning teaching method and video playback method in teaching of ICU. Methods We chose 30 clinical medicine seven- year program of grade 2007 as the trial group,29 clin-ical medicine seven- year program of grade 2007 as the control group,case- based learning teaching method and video playback method was used to the trial group,traditional teaching model was used to the other group. Results Compared with control group,the learning interest and the examination results were both significantly improved in the test group. Conclusions case- based learning teaching method and video playback method is feasible,and can improve teaching ef-fect and students’quality,and is worth of advocating and popularization.
