良肢位护理中风的临床文献研究Meta分析

Meta analysis of clinical literature research of good limb position nursing care of stroke

目的评价良肢位护理中风的疗效。方法检索良肢位护理中风的随机对照试验研究,纳入符合标准的研究,应用Jadad评分表进行文献质量评价,运用异质性检验、Meta分析、漏斗图分析、敏感性分析等统计相关数据。结果共18项研究被纳入,其中11篇随机对照研究共1 462例患者进行肩关节脱位情况的分析,结果显示良肢位护理优于对照组[OR=0.21,95%CI(0.14,0.30)];其余7篇随机对照研究共762例患者进行Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分的分析,结果显示良肢位护理优于对照组[MD=9.45,95%CI(4.88,14.02)]。结论良肢位护理中对中风有疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of good limb position nursing to stroke. Methods To retrieve the randomized controlled trial study of good limb nursing to stroke. The researches in accord with standard were included. The Jadad scale was used to document quality evaluation. Used the heterogeneity test, Meta analysis, funnel chart analysis, sensitivity analysis for data statistics. Results A total of 18 studies included in the 11 randomized controlled study. The cases of a total of 1 462 patients with shoulder joint dislocation were analyzed. The results showed a good limb position nursing was better than that of control group [ OR = 0.21,95% CI （0. 14,0.30） ]. The remaining 7 randomized controlled study, including 762 cases of patients, which were analyzed about Fugl and Meyer motor function score. The results showed that the good limb position nursing was better than that of control group [ MD = 9.45,95 % CI （4.88,14.02） ]. Conclusion The good limb nursing for stroke has the curative effect.
