钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture

目的探讨钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床应用效果。方法选择2013年6月-2014年4月医院跟骨骨折患者120例,随机分为试验组与对照组各60例。所有患者予常规治疗及护理。试验组采用切开复位钛板内固定法治疗;对照组采用Westbue法治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果试验组优良率为91.6%明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折临床疗效优于传统保守治疗,明显改善患者预后状况及功能恢复情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of titanium plate internal fixation in treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods From June 2013 to April 201d, 120 cases of patients with calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 60 cases. All patients were given conventional treatment and care. The experimental group was treated with open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation, while the control group was treated with Westbue method. The clinical efficacy of 2 groups was compared after treatment. Results The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 91.6% ,which was higher than 70.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of titanium plate internal fixation is better than Westhue method in the treatment of calcaneal fractures, which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and recovery of function, and is worthy of clinical application.
