人性化护理措施在妇科手术患者的护理中的应用效果研究

目的：探讨分析人性化护理措施在妇科手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取手术患者124例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各62例。对照组患者给予常规护理模式，观察组患者给予人性化护理模式，观察2组患者对护理质量及汉密尔顿焦虑量表的评分，并进行比较。结果观察组的患者护理质量评分中，60分～70分的患者为6例，70分～90分的患者为17例，＞90分的患者为39例。对照组的患者中，＜60分的患者为11例，60～79分的患者为29例，70～90分的患者为12例，＞90分的患者为10例。在护理后，对照组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分中，＜6分的患者为27例，7～14分的患者为20例，＞14分的患者为15例。观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分中，＜6分的患者为40例，7～14分的患者为15例，＞14分的患者为7例。观察组在护理后的护理质量评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论患者在人性化护理下，能有效提高护理质量，并明显改善护患关系，优化患者心理状态，使患者对护理的满意度全面提升。

Objective To analyze and discuss the application of humanized nursing intervention in patients with gynecological surgery nursing effect.Methods 124 cases surgical patients admitted in our hospital were selected of department of gynecology of were randomly divided into two groups, 62 cases in control group were given routine nursing mode, the observation group were given humanized nursing mode, observe two groups of patients to nursing quality and the Hamilton anxiety scale scores, and the comparison.Results The quality of patient care score in observation group, 6 patients with 60-70, 70-90 points for 12 cases of patients,〉90 patients of 39 cases. Control group of patients 〈60 points for 11 cases of patients, 60-79 points for the 29 cases of patients, patients with 70-90 points to 12 cases, 〉 90 for 10 cases of patients. After nursing, the control group of patients with Hamilton anxiety scale scores, 〈27 patients with six points, 7-14 points for 20 cases of patients, 〉14 points for 15 cases of patients. In the observation group of patients with Hamilton anxiety scale scores, 〈40 patients with six points, 7-14 points for 15 cases of patients, 〉14 points for 7 cases of patients. Observation group after nursing care quality score and Hamilton anxiety scale scores were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients under the humanized nursing, can effectively improve the quality of nursing, and significantly improve the relationship between nurses and patients, optimize the patients psychological status, make the patients satisfaction of nursing and improved.
