甲醛甲酚在根管治疗中不同封药时间的疗效比较

目的比较甲醛甲酚(formcresol,FC)在根管治疗中不同封药时间的临床效果。方法选择牙髓炎或根尖周炎需进行根管治疗的患牙1500颗,随机分为2组,分别使用FC根管消毒时间为3 d(实验组776颗)和7 d(对照组724颗)。2组均采用机用Protpaer镍钛根管锉预备,选择冷牙胶技术侧向加压技术充填;根管充填后比较不同封药时间的临床效果,1年及2年后成功率。结果 2组术后1年及2年成功率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 FC根管消毒时间3 d和7 d均能有效达到消毒效果,3 d时间能缩短治疗周期,节约患者时间。

Objective To compare the formaldehyde cresol （Formcresol,FC） in the clinical effect of root canal treatment in different drug closing time.Methods Pulpitis or periapical periodontitis for root canal treatment of 1500 teeth, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively,the use of FC in root canal disinfection time was 3 days （experimental group：776 tooth） and 7 days （control group：724 tooth）. The above two groups use the machinefile with Protpaer nickel titanium endodontic, selection of cold gutta percha lateral pressurefilling technology technology; clinical effect comparison of different sealing time of root canalfilling,the success rate of one year and two years later.Results The experimental group and control group after one and two years of successful rate had no significant difference.Conclusion FC in root canal disinfection time was 3 days and 7 days can effectively achieve the disinfection effect,3 days can shorten the treatment cycle,saving time in patients with.
