自制血管走向体表定位笔在静脉采血中的应用分析

目的探讨自制血管走向体表定位笔对静脉采血穿刺技术的影响及作用。方法选取血管较深,目测不到,需要运用临床经验和一些解剖学知识用触摸的方式,进行血管选择的患者200例,按住院先后顺序均分为2组(n=100)。观察组应用血管走向体表定位笔进行采血操作,对照组不应用,观察2组的采血情况。结果观察组穿刺成功率为95%,对照组穿刺成功率为68%;观察组平均操作时间(3±2)min,对照组平均操作时间(5±3)min。各项指标比较,观察组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉采血操作中应用血管走向体表定位笔有助于提高疑难血管的静脉穿刺成功率,省时、节力,节约能源。

Objective To study the white blood vessels to the outer orientation influence and role of venous blood puncture technology. Methods hospitalized patients blood vessels in the deep, visual inspection, need to use clinical experience and some knowledge of anatomy in touch way, select the blood vessels of 200 patients, according to the order was in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group 100 cases, control group 100 examples,two groups of ordinary materials such as age, sex, disease after statistics processing, there was no statistically significant difference.Observation group application blood vessels to the outer orientation in pursuance of the operation, the control group should not be used. After the operation, observe two groups of comparisons.Results Two groups found after comparison, the observation group puncture success rate 95%, control group 68% success rate of puncture; Observation group（3±2）minutes for the average operation time, control the average operation time （5±3）minutes. Each index observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the operation of venous sampling application ＆quot;blood vessels to the outer orientation＆quot; is helpful to increase the vein puncture success difficult blood vessels, time saving, section force, save energy.
