低温冷风MQL技术中微量润滑机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文主要分别讲述了纵向毛细形成的原因是刀具表面不平整引起的犁耕作用;横向毛细管形成的原因是硬质点嵌入切屑中在与刀具的相对滑动中撕裂切屑形成横向缝隙。在此模型的基础上总结了低温MQL的润滑机理,并通过实验数据验证润滑油膜的存在。
