摘要
粗糙集理论,凭借其在处理模糊和不确定信息上的优越性,已经被广泛引用于复杂系统的故障诊断中。对粗糙集理论以及其属性约简过程进行详细的介绍,并通过典型故障实例进行验证,诊断结果表明:在保证分类结果不变的前提下,粗糙集可以查找出对故障分类起主要作用的特征,从而达到属性约简的目的,为粗糙集理论在故障诊断中的深入运用打下了基础。
Rough set theory , which has the ability to deal with imprecise , uncertain , and vague information , has been introduced widely in fault diagnosis of complex systems . It is minutely introduced of rough set theory and attribute reduction process , and a typical example in fault diagnosis is given to validate the algorithm . The result show that when the fault classificatiou result is invariable , the main features which is more important to the fault classification can be searched through this algorithm . The research supplies a basis for further study of applying rough set theory in mechanical fault diagnosis.
