摘要
《员工招聘与配置》是人力资源管理的核心课程,根据其实践性强、传统教学模式不利于培养创新思维的特点,努力探索了行动导向教学模式。为了培养更多的应用型人才,分析了行动导向教学模式的特点、优越性及其在《员工招聘与配置》教学中的应用,并就此提出了一些合理的建议和实施措施,以期对提高教学水平提供有益的参考。
