摘要
考察了干燥微甘菊的沼气发酵产气潜力.设置了两个实验组和一个对照组,采用全混合式的发酵类型,分别在中温30℃和常温约23℃的两种温度条件下进行沼气发酵实验.结果表明,中温30℃和常温23℃实验组的沼气发酵历时29d,中温30℃和常温23℃的净产气量分别为2 455mL和1 855mL.通过计算得出,中温30℃下干燥薇甘菊的TS产气潜力为347 mL/g,VS产气潜力为407mL/g,相比于新鲜薇甘菊的产气潜力,干燥薇甘菊的TS和VS产气潜力都有所下降.
In order to further explore the biogas production potential ofMkania micratha H. B. K after drying and compare with the fresh materials, the anaerobic batch fermentation which were divided into the two experimental groups (8 gMkania micratha H. B. K and 120 mL inoculum ) and the control group (120 mL inoculum) 400 mL volume were performed by Completely Stirred Tank Reactor at 30℃ and ambient temperature(23℃). The results indicated that the net biogas production of the experimental group during total fermentation time of 29 d were 2 455 mL and 1 855 mL. Further,it was calculated that the biogas yield ofMkania micratha H. B. K after dr- ying was 347 mL/g TS or 407 mL/g VS. The biogas production potential of Mkania micratha H. B. K after drying was lower than the fresh materials.
