摘要
应用现代方法对川黄柏中化学成分及其体外抗肿瘤作用进行研究.从川黄柏中分离鉴定了7个已知化合物,分别为小檗碱(1)、巴马汀(2)、10,11-二甲氧基-13-甲基小檗碱(3)、丁香脂素O-β-D葡萄糖苷(4)、紫丁香酚苷(5)及常见的β-谷甾醇(6)和β-胡萝卜苷(7).以HepG2、MCF7、HT29和MKN28肿瘤细胞株为研究对象,采用MTT法研究了化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性.实验结果显示化合物1和3具有较强的抑制肿瘤细胞HepG2生长的作用,IC50值分别为0.15和0.19μM.表明川黄柏中得到的化合物对不同种肿瘤细胞具有细胞毒选择性,有一定的抗癌活性.
Various techniques were used to study the chemical constituents and the anti-tumor effect of the plant Phellodendron chinense. Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ber- berine ( 1 ), palmatine (2), 10, 11-dimethoxy-13-methylprotoberberinium (3), syringaresinol-4-O-β-D- monoglycoside( 4 ), syringiaresinoldiglycoside ( 5 ), β-sitosterol ( 6 ), β-daucosterol ( 7 ). The inhibitory effects of these compounds on HepG2,MCF7,HT29 and MKN28 cell lines were tested in vitro by MTT method. Compounds 1 and 3 exhibit potent effect against HepG2, with IC50 values of 0. 15 and 0. 19μM, respectively. The study suggests that the compounds from Phellodendron chinense have the anti-tumor effects and these cytotoxic activities on different tumor cell lines are various and selective.
