谷胺酰胺对盆腔野体外放疗患者肠道保护作用观察 被引量:1

摘要 盆腔野体外放疗是Ⅰb-Ⅱb期宫颈癌术后重要的治疗手段,此类患者因腹盆腔手术史,常有广泛的肠粘连及肠活动性差,因而发生放射性肠炎的几率大,范围广。谷胺酰胺(glutamihe,Gln)可改善肠道黏膜屏障,促进肠黏膜修复,维持肠黏膜完整性,防止肠道细菌易位。
