摘要
电点火具是武器系统不可缺少的一部分,是整个系统的"心脏",其可靠性决定着武器系统的功能是否能实现,是武器系统发挥威慑力的起始关键能量输入点。随着武器系统应用环境的不断变化,对电点火具的各项技术指标都提出了很高的要求,促使产品在结构设计、工艺设计及生产过程中进一步精益严谨。本文以案例为切入点,分别从产品结构设计、实际工艺设计及生产过程控制方面分析了某型电点火具绝缘电阻超差的原因,提出了针对性改进措施。通过验证试验,彻底解决了电点火具绝缘电阻超差问题,有效消除了故障带来的弹丸留膛安全隐患。
Electric igniter is a part of the indispensable weapon system and a heart of the whole system. Its function reli- ability decides whether function of weapon system can be achieved, it is also the first key energy input point to weapon system play deterrence. With the changing of application environment of weapon system, high demand to various technical data of igniter is proposed, which spurs further lean & preciseness in design of product structure & process and production process. The paper takes cases as the breakthrough point, analyzes the reasons about off-tolerance of insulation resistance for some electric igniter in design of product structure & practical process and production process control, and then put for-ward improvement measures. Through verification tests, the paper thoroughly solves the question of off-tolerance of insulation resistance for electric igniter and effectively eliminates the fault that causes projectile residue in mortar bore and poten- tial safety hazard.
