摘要
伺服传动系统的轴系精度对雷达系统的精度具有重要影响,本文应用一种新的密珠轴系结构形式,对影响轴系精度的各零件采用几何方法进行分析和计算,同时考虑到外购件精度的影响,确定满足高精度轴系误差要求时有关零件的误差项目及误差值。
The shafting precision of servo transmission is one of the key factors of radar's precision. In the paper, the application of a high precision dense ball bearing shafting structure was analyzed, the factors of key parts which affected the axis error were calculated in the way of geometry, and the impact of bought-in components was considered at the same time. The error terms and the error values were analyzed and calculated in order to fit the high precision index of axis.
