摘要
对比了代购、海淘及国内网站三种不同的海外商品购买途径,并对使用海外直邮的国内天猫国际网站进行SWOT分析,为提升天猫国际海外直邮模式竞争力提供思路。
In this paper, we first compared the three different ways of overseas purchase: through purchasing agents, through overseas web- sites and through domestic websites, and then conducted a SWOT analysis on Tmall Global, a domestic website who applied the direct mail mode, expecting to provide some ideas for enhancing its competitiveness.
