Study on Human Resource Management Innovation in Medium-sized and Small Logistics Enterprises

在分析中小型物流企业人力资源管理中存在问题的基础上,从体系目标和核心目标两方面阐述了中小型物流企业人力资源管理的创新目标,并提出了相关创新策略,旨在帮助中小型物流企业提升物流团队效能,增强企业竞争力。

In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the human resource management in medium-sized and small logistics enterprises, e- laborated their innovative goal from two angles： system goal and core goal, and proposed related innovative strategies, aiming at helping them im- prove their logistics team efficiency so as to enhance their competitiveness.
