摘要
通过对商圈的相关研究,提出新的结合商圈因素的加油站选址方法,并建立目标商圈选址评估指标体系。最后,对枣阳市中石化分公司加油站选址进行具体案例的分析,验证目标商圈选址评估指标体系,使得加油站商圈选址模型更具有实际意义。
In this paper, through the analysis of the business districts, we proposed a new method on the location selection of urban gas stations and established an evaluation index system. Then we took Sinopec ZaoYang company as an example to validate the model.
