摘要
以S超市为例,对超市物流系统进行了仿真分析与优化。首先总结了S超市现有物流服务中存在的主要问题;然后采用Extend Sim 7平台对S超市现存物流服务流程进行了仿真建模,发现推车数量与收银环节为其流程主要瓶颈;最后针对瓶颈环节进行优化,并通过仿真得出优化后的超市服务水平与收益有明显改善。
In this paper, we simulated and optimized the logistics system of supermarket S. First we concluded the problems in the exist- ing logistics service, then established a simulation model of the logistics service process by applying the ExtendSim7 platform, finding that the cart number and cashier were the main bottlenecks. In the end, we optimized the system and proved its validity.
