摘要
采用AutoMod软件对企业的床垫生产线物流进行建模与仿真,并基于仿真结果发现该生产线的生产瓶颈。针对该瓶颈问题,对生产线中关键操作器的工作效率进行优化,使工序的忙闲率得以显著改进,最终产量也有了较大提高,为生产线物流的规划与布局提供了可靠的科学依据。
In this paper, we modeled and simulated the mattress production line logistics by AutoMod software. Based on the simulation results, we found the production bottlenecks, optimized the work efficiency of the key manipulators in the production line and improved the working procedure and the output, expecting to offer reliable scientific reference to planning and allocation of the production line logistics.
