摘要
针对快运仓储成品入库作业中存在的信息共享不充分问题,分析现有流程情况,弹性规定入库时间,设计入库作业的改进方案,避免运输路线迂回引起的浪费,提高人工搬运效率。最后,通过对优化后的入库流程进行仿真,结果显示优化后的入库效率显著提升,并实现了各工序执行时间的合理分配。
In this paper, aiming at the inadequate information sharing problem in warehouse entering of finished products, we analyzed the existing process, formulated more flexible timetable for the Warehouse entering and designed corresponding optimization schemes in order to avoid the waste caused by circuitous routes andimprove the personnel handling effciency. Through simulating the warehouse entering process after op- timization, we found that the warehouse entering efficiency was significantly improved and the executive times of all processes could be allocated reasonably.
