Strategies of Purchasing Management under Supply Chain Background

结合供应链环境下的采购特点研究了集中化采购、即时制采购及联合采购三种采购战略,为了真正发挥三种战略的优势提出了供应链环境下采购战略实施的三个方面,即加快采购信息化建设、推动采购管理专业化、进行供应商关系管理。

In this paper, combining with the purchasing features under the supply chain background, we studied three kinds of strategies： centralized purchasing, instant purchasing and joint purchasing. In order to give these three strategies into full play, we proposed three aspects that should be emphasized in implementing the purchasing strategies： speeding up the construction of purchasing informatization, promoting the specialization of purchasing management and managing suppliers relationships.
