摘要
通过对安阳钢铁二热轧钢卷库生产管理的实际情况以及三级机管理系统运行现状的研究,分析了钢卷库管理的业务流程,讨论了现有模式下管理系统需要加强改进的地方。通过对不同的动态配置机制的分析,结合现场生产的实际情况,综合考虑出一套既能够有质量、有效率地完成生产要求,又能够灵活改变业务流程为后期维护提供便利的动态配置机制的解决方案,通过数据库表的设计实现了动态配置机制,并利用反射等软件技术开发完成了基于业务流程动态配置的钢卷库管理系统。
In this paper, we studied the current situation of the production management and the 3-level machine management system, ana- lyzed the operation flow and discussed the problems in the existing mode. Through the analysis of different dynamic configuration mechanisms, we proposed a new mechanism which could meet the production demand efficiently and change operation flows flexibly to provide solutions for later maintenance. By designing the database table, we brought the new dynamic mechanism into reality and completed the steel coil warehouse man- agement system based on the dynamic configuration of operation flow via software techniques such as reflection.
