摘要
首先分析了第三方物流企业客户关系管理现状,接着阐述了基于BSC的第三方物流企业客户关系管理绩效评价的方法,进而构建了基于BSC的第三方物流企业客户关系管理绩效评价体系。
In this paper, we first analyzed the current status of the customer relationship management Of TPL enterprises, then introduced the method to evaluate its performance on the basis of BSC, and at the end, established the customer relationship management performance evaluation system of the TPL enterprises based on BSC.
