摘要
针对传统配送网络优化问题大多基于顾客需求仅仅只能被最邻近的上层设施服务的假设条件而忽略了较高层设施可对顾客实施跨层直接配送的运作现状,研究了考虑跨层直接配送模式的配送网络优化问题。在利用图论通过引入虚拟配送中心对网络进行变形以及配送时间可靠性概念的基础上,建立了以配送成本最小化为优化目标的配送中心选址优化模型,并设计了两阶段混合启发式算法。通过案例与分支定界法的全局最优解比较,验证了模型与算法的有效性,灵敏度分析表明最小配送成本与客户能接受的配送时间可靠度阈值成正比。
In this paper, in view of the current status of the optimization of the traditional distribution networks, we studied the optimization problem of the distribution network that practiced cross-layer direct distribution, then using the graph theory, metamorphosed the network by introducing the virtual distribution center, as well as the concept of distribution time reliability, and established the distribution center location optimization model with the minimal distribution cost as the objective for which we designed a two-stage hybrid heuristic algorithm. At the end, through a case study, we verified the validity of the model and algorithm.
