基于改进遗传算法的物流配送路径优化

Optimization of Logistics Distribution Routes Based on Improved GA

针对从物流配送中心向各个配送点的配送车辆路径优化这一实际问题进行了数学描述,建立了数学模型,重点介绍了遗传算法常见的编码方法、适配度函数形式和选择、交叉、变异算子的设计方法,最终在遗传优化操作中采取基于最优保存策略,基于变化的交叉概率进行顺序的选择交叉算子和基于变化的变异概率进行边界变异代替原有基因值,使算法的效率和功能得到了很大提高,最终设计出改进遗传算法进行配送车辆的路径决策,从而降低运输成本,提高物流经济效益。

In this paper, we described mathematically the route optimization problem of the distribution vehicles from the logistics distribution centers to the various distribution points, introduced emphatically the normal coding method and operations of the genetic algorithm, next improved it on the basis of the optimal preservation strategy to increase its efficiency and functioiaality, and at the end, decided on the optimal route for the distribution vehicles.
