摘要
在储备定额测算的基础上,根据石油管道企业管理的层级情况以及定额的大小,设定聚类个数,进行聚类算法分析,划分了若干聚类区域,然后以设备数量以及消耗数量为权重,利用重心法求得聚类区域的重心位置,再求解最靠近重心位置的库存地点,最后对储备定额的数量进行了分配,求得了每个备件的储备定额在不同地点应该存放的数量,在较大程度上优化了现有流程,提高了石油管道企业备件采购计划生成的效率和物资管理的效率。
In this paper, on the basis of the measurement of the reserve quota and in accordance with the administrative hierarchy and quota size of the oil pipeline enterprise, we set down the number of the clusters, had a cluster analysis to determine the clustering area, then with the equipment quantity and consumption volume as the weight, used the gravity method to determine the gravity center of the clustering area, then obtain the depot closest to the gravity center, and at the end, in accordance with the fincling, allocated the quota of the materials in reserve.
