基于超网络的集装箱多式联运货流分配

摘要 针对集装箱多式联运货流分配问题,把枢纽港口、喂给港和内陆中转站看成三层节点,构建基于超网络的货流分配模型,当各节点间达到整体最优时,多式联运系统才达到均衡。引入变分不等式理论,实施改进后的投影算法,最后以案例验证了此法的有效性,为集装箱多式联运货流分配提供决策支持。 In this paper, we viewed the hub port, feed port and inland transshipment terminal as three nodes on different layers, and then established the cargo flow allocation model based on the super-network, where only when the nodes were optimized as a whole, could the inter-modal transportation system reach equilibrium. Next we introduced the variational inequality theory as well as the improved projection algorithm, and at the end, through a case study, demonstrated the validity of the model and algorithm.
