Design of Comprehensive Container Utility System Based on IOT Technologies

利用RFID、北斗定位与通信、传感器等多项物联网核心技术实现对集装箱运输的远程监控。通过成批货物和集装箱相关信息的自动采集,经过多种算法的模拟计算引导集装箱科学优化装箱,结合优化装箱提出了双指数优化概念,加强了装箱优化的安全性考量,最终达到集装箱运输安全性和装箱空间优化双结合。集装箱综合应用系统将降低物流企业的管理成本,大大提升企业的竟争力。

In this paper, using several key IOT technologies, we realized the remote monitoring in container transportation. First,through collecting the information relevant to the cargo lots and containers and a simulation calculation using several algorithms, we gave instruction to the optimal loading of the containers, then proposed the concept of duo- index optimization pertinent to the optimization process, and at the end realized the safety optimization and shipping space optimization simultaneously in the container transportation process.
