Study on Experiential Teaching Mode of Logistics Management Specialty with Innovation Orientation

以物流学和管理学方面的知识为基础,对物流市场的人才需求以及人才应该具备的素质进行了研究,将体验式的创新型的教学模式应用于物流管理专业的教学中,并分别从五个方面对探索了体验式教学模式的实施以及新的体验式教学模式的重构。

In this paper, we studied the market demand for logistics talents and the appropriate qualification for the logistics talents, then applied the innovative experiential teaching mode into the teaching of the logistics management specialty, and then from five aspects explored the implementation of the experiential teaching mode as well as the reconstruction of the new experiential teaching mode.
