摘要
基于问卷调查和深入访谈,发现企业女员工不愿生育二孩成了她们主流的意愿,个体方面的原因主要是经济因素,体现在经济投入较高、人员照料不足及对职业提升的影响;而结构性原因主要体现为现有市场体制下生育二孩使工作稳定性受到威胁,以及长期以来独生子女文化及政策的影响。
In this article , authors adopted the method of questionnaire and interview to study female second child fertil -ity in the Enterprise and found that they didn ’t want to have a second child because of economic factors , care factors, oc-cupation development factors and so on .But there also had some institutional barriers , such as market and system , the birth of the second child threatened their work stability .
