摘要
某含磷铀矿矿物组成复杂,耗酸矿物与铀紧密共生,酸耗高,铀浸出率低。在矿石化学分析和矿物分析基础上,开展了浸出工艺试验。结果表明,此含磷铀矿适合酸法搅拌浸出,铀浸出率在95%以上,采用两段逆流浸出工艺,硫酸消耗由单段的25%降到20%,氧化剂二氧化锰消耗降低0.5%。
A phosphorus contained uranium ore has complex mineral composition. Acid consumption minerals are tightly symbolized with uranium, therefore, the leaching rate of uranium is low with high acid consumption. Based on the chemical and mineral analysis of ore compositions, leaching process test was carried out. Research results show that the phosphorus contained uranium ore is suitable for acid agitation leaching process, the leaching rate of uranium is over 95%, acid consumption is reduced to 20% from 25% at one leaching stage, oxidizer consumption is reduced to 2.5% by adoption of two counter-current leaching process.
