导师责任制结合PBL教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的初步探索 被引量:28

摘要 为提高妇产科住院医师规范化培训质量,对"导师责任制结合PBL教学模式"应用于妇产科住院医师规范化培训进行了初步探讨,发现此模式可以明显增强规范化培训的妇产科住院医师的自主学习能力和运用知识能力,加深对妇产科学基本理论知识的理解和掌握,有利于临床技术水平和综合素质的提高。 To improve the quality of obstetrics and gynecology resident standardization, our department used tutorial system combined with PBL. The findings indicate that this method can strengthen the residents' ability of self-directed learning and applying knowledge, promote deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge and elevate their clinical skills and overall competence.
