摘要
目的:调查考研复习期间D型人格医学生焦虑状况,为今后开展医学生心理健康教育工作提供一定依据。方法:采用14条目D型人格量表(Type D Scale-14,DS14)对955名考研复习期间的医学生人格类型进行测量,结合状态—特质焦虑焦虑问卷(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory,STAI)综合探讨D型人格医学生考研期间焦虑状况。结果:在所有参与调查的医学生中,共检出D型人格大学生230名,占所有参与调查大学生的24.08%;医学生状态焦虑量表(Trait Anxiety Inventory,T-AI)及特质焦虑量表(Trait Anxiety Inventory,T-AI)得分均高于标准常模,但仅在S-AI方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D型人格医学生S-AI及T-AI得分均高于男生,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:考研作为考研作为医学生的一种应激性生活事件,会给其心理带来较为严重的焦虑情绪,且对D型人格医学生的影响更大,必须引起教育工作者的足够重视。
Objectives To investigate the status quo of anxiety of medical college students with Type D personality in their preparation for postgraduate examination in order to provide certain theoretical basis and data supports. Methods DS14 was used to measure personality types for 955 medical students during their preparation for postgraduate examination. STAI was also used to explore the status quo of anxiety of Type-D medical college students in the period of preparing the postgraduate examination. Results Among all the participants, 230 (24.08%) had Type-D personality. While S-AI and T-AI scores were both higher than the standard common model, only S-All scores had statistical significance ; the scores of S-AI and T-AI of those Type-D personality students were significantly higher than those of male students( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Postgraduate examination can be stressful and lead to anxiety for medical students, especially those with Type-D personality, which need heightened attention from educators.
