摘要
应用迷你型临床演练评价量表(Mini-CEX)结合中医临床教学模式,对在中医内科进行临床轮转的实习学生进行临床教学效果评价,同时将结果进行对比分析。基于Mini-CEX评价量表的分析结果,客观反映了实习学生的问诊及临床医患沟通能力和带教医生的教学质量,可对进一步提高实习学生的临床能力和临床医生教学水平提供指导。
The study used Mini-CEX based scale to measure effectiveness of clinical teaching of Chinese internal medicine. Partici- pants were students that rotated to the department of Chinese internal medicine. The scale findings objectively indicated students inquir- y and communication skills, and quality of preceptorship. The study may help improve students' clinical skills and teachers' teaching skills.
