摘要
为研究影响大花蕙兰丛生芽的高频诱导因素,以大花蕙兰无菌原球茎进行丛生芽苗的诱导、再生及生根因素正交试验研究。结果表明:在1/2 MS+活性炭1.0g/L+NAA 0.4mg/L+6-BA 0.5mg/L+蔗糖25mg/L+琼脂10g/L的培养中,诱导率高达75.1%,丛生芽苗生长健壮;在1/2 MS+琼脂8g/L+活性炭1.0g/L+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖18g/L的培养基中诱导的丛生芽数量最多,达5.13倍;6-BA、NAA对大花蕙兰丛生芽的诱导及增殖作用显著;原球茎是诱导大花蕙兰丛生芽的有效方式。
For the study of influencing high frequency on multiple factors of Cymbidium hybridum,by asepsis protocorm used of protocorm for growing seedlings of induction,regeneration and rooting breeding research. Results show that in 1 /2 MS + AC 1. 0 g / L + NAA 0. 4 mg / L + 6- BA 0. 5 mg / L + sucrose 25 mg / L + agar cultivation of 10 g / L,the induction rate is as high as 75. 1%,cluster bud seedling growth; In 1 /2 MS + agar 8 g / L + 1. 0 g / L + 6- BA 2. 5 mg / L + NAA 0. 5 mg / L + sucrose 18 g /L of medium induced the most number of multiple shoot clumps,up to 5. 13 times; 6- BA and NAA on induction of proliferation was significant; The bulb is an effective way to induce large fourth multiple shoot clumps investigate.
