摘要
本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为还原剂,淀粉为稳定剂,采用微波合成法,并改变反应条件制备出银纳米粒子,用吸收光谱研究其最佳制备条件在温度为130℃,仪器功率为50w,反应时间为275s。同时对在最佳条件下制备的银纳米粒子进行紫外、TEM表征。实验结果表明,微波法制备出的银纳米粒子为黄色、球形的粒子,其分散性和稳定性都较好,平均粒径为12nm,银纳米粒子在412nm处的吸光强度最大,出现最大吸收峰。该法操作简单,反应快速。
In this paper, we used polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a reducing agent and starch as a stabilizer, changed the reaction conditions for preparation of silver nanoparticles in controlled particle size by using microwave method. The results of absorption spectra showed the optimal preparation conditions were at the temperature of 130 ℃, the instrument power of 50W, the reaction time of 275 seconds. The silver nanoparticles prepared in the optimal condition were characterized by Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV- vis) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) method. It was shown that the maximum absorption peak of the spherical yellow silver nanoparticles was at 412 nm, the average particle size was 12nm. This method is simple and responsive promptly.
