本文介绍了合肥师范学院电子信息工程学院科研创新团队平台的构建与科研创新训练实践。通过科研创新平台建设,建立起既能保证实验室安全,又能提高科研平台使用效率和效益的管理制度;建立起能保证学生开展科研创新训练的硬件条件和软件支持。通过科研创新训练实践,形成一个多层次、全程化的科研创新训练体系,并取得了显著的成效。

Platform construction and practice of scientific research and innovation training ot school oi electronic and information engineering have been introduced in this paper. Management system to ensure the laboratory safety and improve efficiency and effectiveness have been established through the construction of scientific research innovation platform. Hardware conditions and software support have been built. Multi-level and whole process scientific research and innovation training system have been built through the practice of scientific research and innovation training. Remarkable result of innovation ability cultivation has been achieved.
