摘要
本文的目的是在全面质量管理理论的基础上,建构应用型本科高校二级学院教学质量监控体系。拟建构的质量监控体系具有以下特点:在常规教学管理的基础上,加强教学问题预防性管理;在重视教学过程和评价过程的同时,注重中间环节的衔接和其他教学环节的监控管理;在重视评价的同时,注重反馈的闭环管理;组建专业质量检验机构及责任人来保障质量。借助全面质量管理理论,实现全面质量、全过程和全员参与的教学质量监控。
Based on the total quality management theory, we aim at constructing the teacnmg quality supervision system of schools in an application--oriented undergraduate college. The desired system has following features: reinforcing the preventive management of teaching accidents on top of the usual teaching management, emphasizing the connection of intermediate processes and the supervision management of other teaching processes while paying attention to the teaching and evaluation process, paying attention to the close management of the feedback while emphasizing the evaluation process, and setting up professional quality inspection institutions and responsible persons to ensure the quality. As a result, a teaching quality supervision system of overall quality, whole process, and everybody--involved could be established based on the total quality management theory.
