摘要
对单塔低压汽提工艺带顶回流的常规汽提和泵循环回流汽提两种工艺流程从工艺操作参数、能耗、设备腐蚀及投资等方面进行了对比。对单塔低压汽提工艺常见问题提出解决措施。
Comparison was made between two processes of single tower low pressure stripping process with top return, which were traditional stripping and pump circulating stripping in aspects of processing parameters, energy consumption, equipment corrosion and investment. Solutions for common problems in single tower low pressure stripping process were raised accordingly.
